THE CV GUIDE

A clear CV starts with your story.

A practical guide to presenting your experience and applying with confidence.

Start with the role you want

Read the job description and choose the experience, achievements and skills that show why you fit. Write in the language requested by the employer.

Make the essentials easy to find

Include your name, contact details and a short professional summary. List recent experience first, with job titles, employers and clear dates. Add education and relevant qualifications.

Show what you achieved

Describe what you did, who it helped and what changed. Use concrete results when you can support them. For example: improved onboarding and reduced setup time from two days to one.

Choose a readable design

Use consistent headings and readable text. Classic offers a conservative single-column layout. Keep important information as selectable text; no design guarantees acceptance by every applicant tracking system.

Make it yours in Endorze

Sign in with Google, enter your experience, then choose a template, accent and paper colour. Skills come from the jobs you add. Review names, dates and contact details before downloading.

Free, with honest limits

Creating, editing and saving are free. Each account gets three PDF downloads per UTC day. Accounts on the same network share a daily limit of three. Your CVs stay saved when the allowance runs out.
